Levi Strauss & Co.

We are located over in Harinavi, which is a bit of a distance from the main hubbub of central Kolkata. The office is in a building called Navanil on M.N. Roy Road. It’s a fairly quiet area, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. We’ve been at this Levi Strauss & Co. location for some time now. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a solid, functional space where we handle our daily tasks. The road outside can get a bit muddy when the monsoon rains hit, but that’s just how it is in this part of West Bengal. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what keeps the wheels turning. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other well. We often share tea in the afternoons and talk about the weekend. There’s a certain pace to life in Harinavi that we’ve grown to appreciate. It isn't as rushed as the city center. We just focus on the work in front of us. Most people wouldn't even know we’re here if they weren't looking for the Navanil building. We like it that way. It’s a low-key operation that just works. We don't need fancy signs or big advertisements to know we’re doing our job right every day.
