Our business is located on Harinath Sen Road in Dakshinpara, not too far from Samyoli Math in Barasat. It’s an interesting mix because we do both catering and furniture. You might walk in and see someone polishing a table right next to where someone else is checking a delivery of vegetables. It’s a bit unconventional, but it works for us. We’ve been in this spot for years. The road can be a bit quiet compared to the main Barasat market, which we actually prefer. We don’t have a polished showroom or anything like that. The workshop and the kitchen are functional spaces meant for working, not for looking pretty. We spend our days mostly on our feet. Whether it's fixing a chair or prepping for a large wedding feast, there's always something to do. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sell ourselves too hard. People know us in the Dakshinpara area, and that’s usually enough. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it's too humid for the wood finish to dry or too hot in the kitchen. We just adapt and keep moving. It’s a family-run kind of place, where things are done the old-fashioned way. We just focus on our daily tasks and being a reliable part of the local community.
