KSB PUMPS LIMITED

We've been at 30 Circus Avenue for a while now. Most people know the building, and we are on the second floor. It's a busy part of town but we like it here. We deal with pumps and related equipment. It’s the kind of work where you get your hands dirty sometimes, even in an office setting. People come in looking for specific parts or needing advice on how to keep their water systems moving. We just focus on getting the right equipment to the right person. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this industry, more than you’d think. Our team spent years learning the specs of different models because every job is a bit different. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something to fix or a shipment to check on. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in technical manuals. It’s just how it goes when you’re making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We don't do anything flashy. We just show up, handle the orders, and answer the phone. If someone needs a pump for a big project or just a small replacement, we look through what we have. It’s steady work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our floor stays pretty much the same. It's a lot of metal and talk about flow rates around here.
