Kailash Decorator & Caterer

We've been at 2/15A by the Vidyasagar Bus Stop for quite a while now. Most people know us from just seeing the sign when they get off the bus or walk past. It’s a busy spot, always something moving. We handle both decorating and catering here, which keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Kailash Decorator & Caterer isn't a big fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we get the work done. When a local event comes up, we pack up the chairs, the linens, and all the cooking gear and head out. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around, but that is the nature of the job. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, but we manage. You’ll find us near the stop, usually sorting through things or talking to folks about their plans. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most things are handled face to face or over a quick chat. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we stay right here. If you are around the Vidyasagar Bus Stop area, you’ve probably seen our trucks or the staff moving things in and out. It’s a lot of physical labor, keeping everything clean and ready for the next job. We just try to keep things organized so when someone needs us, we are ready to go. No big secrets to it, really. It takes time and effort to get it right.
