K G Ns Kitchen

K G Ns Kitchen is located at 84 Jhautala Road, specifically in Flat Number 6. We are very close to the Park Circus Tram Depot and that famous Zeeshan Hotel. It is a busy part of the city. Our kitchen isn't a big fancy restaurant with a lot of servers. It is just a workspace where we spend most of our hours cooking. The flat is a bit small, but it works for what we need to do. Being near Circus Avenue means there is always noise from the street, especially the trams and the cars. You get used to the sound after a while. We don't have any big signs or posters. Mostly, it is just the smell of food that lets people know we are here. The stairs leading up to the flat are a little narrow, so we have to be careful when we are carrying supplies. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. By afternoon, the kitchen gets quite hot from the stoves. We have been in this spot for some time now and know the neighbors well. It is an honest living. We just focus on the pots and pans and making sure everything is ready on time. We don't do anything too complicated. It is just us working in a flat in Park Circus, trying to keep things moving day by day.
