Just Dial Services

Our office is right at 22, Ripon Lane, in the Kolkata 16 area. It's one of those older parts of the city where the streets are narrow and there’s history around every corner. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Just Dial Services is what we do, which mostly means helping people find what they need. If you walk down Ripon Lane, you’ll see our building. It isn't a new construction by any means, but it serves us well. Inside, it's a lot of phones ringing and people looking up information on screens. It can get pretty loud during the peak hours, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image thing. The paint might be a bit old in places, and the stairs are a little steep, but we like it here. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We know the local tea stall owners and the guys who deliver the mail. It feels like being part of the neighborhood. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just come in, sit down at our stations, and start answering the calls or updating the lists. It is basic, honest work. We try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out. That’s really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work from our little corner on Ripon Lane.
