Jibon Sathi Spice

Jibon Sathi Spice is located over in Rajbari, which is part of the Rajarhat area in 24 Parganas North. If you know this part of West Bengal, you know it is always busy and growing fast. Our little setup is tucked away here, and we spend most of our time dealing with the spices that come through our doors. The humidity in Rajarhat can be a real challenge sometimes, especially when you are trying to keep things dry and fresh, but we have our ways of managing it. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people working hard every day. The sounds of the local traffic and the nearby houses are always in the background. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the air gets too heavy. Most of our work involves sorting through the raw materials and getting everything ready for the next stage. It is a bit of a messy job, and your hands end up smelling like turmeric for days, but we don't mind it much. We have been in this spot in Rajbari for some time now, and we have seen the neighborhood change around us. We just keep doing what we do, without any big fuss or complicated plans. It is just about getting the spices right and making sure the bags are filled. That is pretty much all there is to it.
