You’ll find us on the ground floor of BC 20 on Samarpally Road in Keshtopur. We’re really close to the 206 bus stand, which makes it easy for people to reach us from all over. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people don’t have to climb any stairs when they aren't feeling well. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The mornings are our busiest time because everyone wants their blood tests done early before breakfast. It can get a little crowded in the small waiting area, and sometimes people have to wait outside on the sidewalk for a minute. We try to work as fast as we can to get everyone through. The lab equipment takes up a lot of the back room. We aren't a big hospital, just a clinic and a pathology lab. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on getting the results out on time for our patients. We see people from all over Keshtopur. Many of them are regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s a simple, local business. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have our staff who know the locals by name. If you’re looking for BC 20, just head toward the bus stand and you’ll see our sign. It’s a busy little corner of Samarpally Road, but we like it here.
