Jb Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College And Hospital has been sitting here in the Yogi Para area of Machuabazar for a very long time. The building itself shows its age, but that is part of the character of this part of the city. We have people coming in from all over the neighborhood, from Garpar to the main market area, looking for traditional care. The air inside usually has a faint smell of herbs and oils, which is a big shift from the city smog outside. It is a busy place with students learning and patients waiting their turn in the halls. We don't have the shiny glass walls of the newer private centers, but we have high ceilings and heavy wooden doors that have seen decades of use.
