Our office is located at 29, Vivekananda Sarani, which is a pretty busy spot in Kolkata. We’ve been operating Infomedia 18 Ltd from this address for a bit now. Most of our day is spent handling different kinds of information and media projects that come through the door. It gets a little loud outside with the traffic, but inside we are usually focused on the deadlines. We aren't a huge corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It's more of a workspace where people sit with their computers and try to make sense of the data we get. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all take a tea break together near the corner. We handle a lot of local requests and try to keep our records updated. It’s a lot of typing and checking facts before anything goes out. The neighbors know us as the quiet group on the street. We don't do much advertising ourselves, mostly just work on what the clients send over. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old notebooks, but we know where everything is. Being in the 700078 area code means we get a lot of local foot traffic too. It is just a regular job for us, keeping the wheels turning and making sure the information we put out is actually useful for the people who need it. We just keep our heads down and work.
