Impact Event Mangement

Our office is located at 2, Baretoo Lane, right in the Esplanade area. It is a very central part of the city, so it is always crowded and noisy outside our door. Being in Esplanade means we are close to everything, which helps when we have to run around for different events. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things are being set up correctly. The office itself is pretty simple. It is full of files, samples, and leftover decorations from previous jobs. We don't have a big fancy reception area because we are usually out working anyway. Managing events is mostly about solving problems as they come up. Something always goes wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather changing, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a lot of stress and not much sleep, especially during the wedding season or when there are festivals. We started this because we liked organizing things, and it just grew from there. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just use our experience to get things done. It’s a messy business sometimes with all the wires and boxes, but we keep at it every day from our little corner in Baretoo Lane. We keep a stash of tea and snacks in the back for the late nights when we are still finalizing plans for the next morning.
