Our office is down on the ground floor at 2/118 Shree Colony. If you know where MLA Kshitij Goswami’s house is, we’re right opposite that in the P.O. Regent Estate area. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators or too many stairs, but we do get the dust from the street sometimes. Images Multimedia Pvt. Ltd has been sitting here for a bit. The space is filled with screens and cables because of the multimedia work we do. It’s often a bit dark inside to help with seeing the monitors clearly, but we like it. The area is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet except for when school lets out or the neighbors are out chatting. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. It's not a flashy studio like you see on TV, just a practical workspace where we edit things and put projects together. Kolkata 700092 is a good spot for us, feels like home. We know the postman and the local shopkeepers by name. It’s just a bunch of us working on digital stuff and trying to stay on top of the pile. We don't really do big meetings with fancy catering, we just sit around the main table and talk through what needs to be done next. It's a simple life here in the colony with the everyday sounds of the street.
