Ideal Caterer

Ideal Caterer is situated at 559, East Singhee Lane. We are right by the Yubak Brindo Club. It is a local neighborhood where everyone knows each other. Our workspace is mostly filled with big cooking pots, gas cylinders, and crates of dishes. We don't have a storefront where you can buy things over the counter. Most of our work is done for events and parties. When we have a big order, the whole place is a hive of activity. We are up at four in the morning to start the fires and get the rice going. It is a lot of physical labor. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. The lane is quite narrow, so when the supply trucks come, it can be a bit of a squeeze. We have to coordinate with the neighbors to make sure we aren't blocking the way. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how people hear about us around East Singhee Lane. We just try to be honest with our work and get the food delivered on time. It’s a basic business. We don't use fancy terms or have big meetings. We just cook and clean and get ready for the next day.
