Homoeopathic Clinic

Our place is located at 145 Rashbehari Avenue in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know how hectic it can be. The street is always full of people, yellow taxis, and the sound of the trams nearby. Our clinic is just one of the many spots along this long road. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. It’s an old building, typical for this area of South Kolkata. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the ceiling is high. We don't have any flashy signs, just the name on the door and a small board. Inside, it smells a bit like alcohol and sugar because of the medicines we mix. We spend our days sitting behind the wooden desk, writing out notes on small slips of paper. The fans hum overhead, which helps drown out some of the street noise from the traffic. It gets really busy in the evenings when people are coming back from work. Sometimes they just pop in to ask a quick question while they’re on their way to the market for the day's groceries. We don’t mind the interruptions. It’s a very traditional setup, no computers or fancy gadgets in the rooms. We just use our books and our experience. It's a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting, but everyone seems to manage. We just keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
