We've been here on Dumdum Road for a while now, just keeping the shop running and making sure people in Kolkata can find what they need. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get here, but we stay open most days. My family started this because we knew about homeopathy and how many folks around here prefer it over other things. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular pharmacy where you can walk in and ask for help. We keep a lot of different remedies on the shelves, some for coughs and others for stuff like skin problems or just general health. Sometimes we have to order things in if they aren't in stock right that minute. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the cars going by outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough for everyone. People stop in on their way home from work usually. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory well. If you live around Dumdum Road, you probably know the building. We just want to keep the doors open and provide the medicines that people ask for. It's nothing too complicated, just a local business doing its thing year after year. We see the same faces mostly. It’s nice when someone comes back and says they’re feeling better. That’s why we’re still here, I guess.
