We are located at P-16 and 16/1 in the Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase-1. This is a gritty, hardworking part of town where there is always the sound of metal being cut or machines humming. Hindustan Controls and Equipment has its roots deep in this estate. Our units are filled with control panels, switches, and all sorts of industrial gear. It’s a dusty environment, and we usually have the big shutter doors open to let some air in while we work. The floor is often covered with crates and components waiting to be assembled into larger systems. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find someone at a desk or working on a panel. The team is mostly made up of people who have been in the trade for a long time. We spend our days wiring things up and making sure the equipment is solid. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sitting on whatever crates are handy or going to the small shack down the road for some hot food. Kasba Phase-1 is a maze of similar-looking buildings, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where P-16 is. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend much on decor because the work is what matters. We focus on getting the orders out to the factories that need them. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it suits us just fine.
