You can find us at 28 Central Park East. This part of Kolkata, around the 32 area, is actually quite pleasant compared to the more crowded city center. Hiland Group has its home here in a regular building that blends in with the rest of the street. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. We are just people working on projects and trying to keep everything organized. The office has a few rooms, and we have been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts to get to the main road. It gets quiet in the evenings which is nice for finishing up the day's tasks without being interrupted. We handle a variety of things, mostly centered around property and development, but we don't like to make a big deal out of it. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some of us have been with the group for years, so it feels a bit like a second home. We drink a lot of tea and occasionally have some biscuits during our afternoon meetings. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation from a glass skyscraper. We prefer being here where we can actually see what’s going on in the neighborhood. It works for us and keep us busy.
