Gochef Masala Private Limited

We are located at 27A/ 1A/ 1, Raypur Mandal Para Road in Kolkata. This is where we handle all our masala business. The air around here usually smells like turmeric or chili, depending on exactly what we are working on that day. It is a local neighborhood, not a big industrial zone. We like being close to where people actually live and cook. Our space is functional and simple. We have the grinding machines and packing stations set up in the back. It gets pretty loud when the machines are all running at once. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spice dust from the counters. It is hard work and it makes your hands smell like cumin for days. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything. It is mostly family and a few workers from around the area. We know how important good spices are for a kitchen, so we take our time with the different blends. Sometimes the proportions are not quite right and we have to start a batch over. That is just part of the process. We do not use any fancy advertising. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or seeing our sign on Mandal Para Road. We are just a small company trying to do things the right way. It is messy work sometimes but we enjoy it. The heat in the kitchen during the summer is something else.
