G P Tronics is a little shop located at 29/2 Badur Bagan Street in Kolkata. If you’ve ever walked down these narrow streets, you know how busy it gets with the rickshaws and people everywhere. We’ve been here for a long time, working on electronics and various gadgets. The shop is small and filled with wires, tools, and old components. It’s not very organized to the naked eye, but we know where everything is. Kolkata has a certain way of doing things, and we fit right in. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. It’s usually just us at the workbench with a soldering iron and some solder. We fix things that people bring in, and sometimes we sell small parts that are hard to find elsewhere. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, but we have our desk lamps that work well enough. We don't use any fancy management software or computers. Everything is written down in a physical ledger. It’s how we’ve always done it and it works fine. Sometimes the humidity makes the shop feel a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a fan that keeps us cool. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go when their electronics act up. We don't promise miracles, just a decent repair at a fair price. It’s a quiet life in a loud city and we like it. We have a lot of regular customers who stop by just to say hello.
