We are based at 16A/5, Bireswar Dhole Lane in Kolkata. It is a typical lane in this part of West Bengal, and we have been here at Etone India Pvt.Ltd. for many years. The 700 035 area is where we do all our business. Our office is quite simple and it is usually a bit cramped because we have so many files and parts laying around. We do industrial supply work, mostly providing components and machinery parts to other businesses. It is not a glamorous job, and we don't have a big, shiny office to show off. We just have our desks, our fans to keep us cool in the humidity, and our phones. Most of our days are spent checking orders and talking to clients about what they need for their factories. We are a small team and we know each other very well. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big multinational company. We just do the work and try to be helpful to anyone who calls us. The lane outside can be very busy with people and rickshaws, but it is home to us. We usually get our lunch from one of the local spots nearby. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is a quiet and steady business, and we just focus on getting the daily orders right without any fuss or fancy talk.
