Firstsource Solutions Ltd.

We are located in the Delux Complex over on M.B Road in Birati. It’s on the 4th floor, specifically flat number 4 in Block B. If you know the 584 area, you know it’s a fairly active part of Kolkata. Firstsource is basically an office where we handle various business solutions for other companies. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls throughout the day. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a functional space where the staff gets through their daily tasks. We have been in this Birati location for a while now. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s a local feel even though the work can be quite technical. We don't really do much advertising around the neighborhood. We just show up, get into the elevator to the fourth floor, and start our shifts. There are a few different departments tucked into the flat, and it can get quite noisy when everyone is working at once. It’s a typical office environment where we focus on solving problems that our clients send over to us. We deal with a lot of data and processes. It’s steady, quiet work for the most part, except for the usual office chatter. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the files are updated. Being right on M.B Road makes it easy for the commute. It's just a regular place doing regular business work every day.
