We’re located at G - 401 in Binayak Enclave, over on K.C. Ghosh Road in Sinthee. Fineman Consulting Private Limited is basically just us working out of this flat in Kolkata. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve got our desks set up and the shelves are full of various folders and books. 700050 is a busy part of the city, but once you’re inside the enclave, it’s actually pretty calm. We don't have those big neon signs or a polished front desk. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over the numbers or the plans for the day. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve learned that being honest and straightforward works better than any marketing trick. The team is small, and we all know each other’s habits. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest just does it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also spend a lot of time just talking through things. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady one. We’re just regular folks in Sinthee trying to do a good job with what we have. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too much fuss.
