Feedback Controls

Our office is at 26/E Chandranath Chatterjee Street. It’s an old building, but it serves us well. Feedback Controls is the name on the door, though most people around here just know us by sight. We deal with control systems, which sounds complicated, but it’s really just about making sure machines do what they are told. Inside, it’s a mix of old wooden desks and a few newer benches for testing circuits. We don’t have a fancy showroom. There are wires and components scattered around most of the time. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where everything is. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic, but once you’re inside, we’re usually focused on whatever board is in front of us. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us who know the technical side of things. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes we sit for hours trying to find a single fault in a circuit. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just fix the problems that people bring to us. If a part is missing, we go out and find it. It’s just regular work on a regular street in Kolkata. We keep things moving without much fuss. There is always something new to fix every single day.
