Eridian Apparels Limited

Our place is located at 95, Bhuban Mohan Banerjee Road, right in the Belgharia area of Kolkata. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s always got something going on. We work on apparels here, so there is usually the sound of machines running in the background most of the day. It’s a bit of an old building but it serves us well enough for what we do. We have been here in West Bengal for some time now and most of our staff comes from the nearby colonies. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a lot of fabric, some cutting tables, and people busy at their stations. Lunchtime is usually when it gets quiet for a bit, and we all sit together. The street outside is narrow so getting deliveries in and out takes some coordination. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted before we head home. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit tricky with the dampness, but we’ve learned how to manage. It's just a regular workday here, nothing too complicated. We keep our records in files and try to keep the workspace as tidy as possible given all the threads and scraps that end up on the floor. It is a humble setup but it belongs to us and we take care of it as best as we can. We usually wrap things up by seven in the evening.
