We are located at 72-Sanchita Park in the Bidhannagar area of Durgapur, West Bengal. This is a fairly well-known residential pocket in the city, and our office is right in the middle of it. We have been operating Epcos India Pvt Ltd from this address for quite a while now. Durgapur is an industrial town, so there is always a sense of work and production in the air, even in the residential parks like ours. Our office is a simple setup on the ground level. We have a few rooms dedicated to our files, some computers, and a small space where we keep our most recent stock. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine. It’s functional and a bit lived-in. We have posters on the walls that have been there for years and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it is comfortable for us. We know the people who live in Sanchita Park and they know us as the quiet business that doesn't cause much trouble. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments or answering emails. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the components get to where they are supposed to go. When the weather is nice, we leave the door open to let some air in. It’s a plain, honest way to spend the workday, just doing what needs to be done.
