We are based at 108-a Elliot Road, which is an area that stays pretty busy throughout the day. Sristi Fashion Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are really just a group of people working hard in an old building. The space is filled with workstations, and there is always a lot of chatter and the sound of iron steam hitting the fabric. We handle a lot of different garments here. Boxes are stacked up against the walls waiting to be moved out, and sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to walk around. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are too busy making sure the orders are ready on time. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is. Usually, there’s a pot of tea sitting somewhere and someone is always checking the schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in and see everyone busy with their tasks. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years, so we all know how the machines act when they get too hot. Elliot Road has a lot of history, and we feel like we are just one small part of the daily hustle and bustle that happens around here every day. It is noisy and crowded, but it is where we do our best work together.
