Ekso Event Planner

Our place is on the ground floor of Tirupati Enclave in Italgacha. We are right near Airport Gate No 2, so you always hear the planes taking off and landing throughout the day. It is a very busy part of Kolkata to work in. We do event planning, which basically means we spend all day on the phone or running around meeting different people. It is not as glamorous as it sounds in the movies. Mostly it is just dealing with vendors who are running late or trying to find a specific type of flower near Shabu Tala. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of papers, notebooks, and fabric samples. We started here because it is a good middle point for our clients to reach. Sometimes we have to stay very late to finish up lists for a party the next day. It gets quite chaotic during the peak months. We do not really have a set way of doing things, we just figure it out as we go. Every event is different, so we just try to keep up with the demands. Kolkata traffic is a nightmare, so a lot of our time is spent just sitting in a taxi or on a bike trying to get to a venue on time. We do not use big corporate words or have a polished image. We are just local people trying to make sure an event goes okay without too many problems. It is just a normal office.
