Dutta Decorator & Caterer is located in CA Market, specifically at Stall No 39 in Salt Lake City. We are right near the 2 No Tank, which makes it easy for people to give directions. Being in a market like CA Market means there is always something going on around us. We have been here for a long time, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We do both the decorating side and the catering side of things. It keeps us on our toes because no two days are ever really the same. Our stall is not the biggest, but we have managed to organize it so everything fits. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the flower arrangements and the kitchen work. It can get a bit chaotic when multiple events are happening at once. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just show up and get the work done. The 2 No Tank area is a nice landmark and we often take a break nearby when things quiet down. Most of the people who come to us are regulars who have lived in Salt Lake for decades. We like the personal connection we have with the residents here. It feels good to be a part of the local market culture where everyone knows everyone else’s name and business.
