Drop In

Drop In is located at 57, Ideal Towers on Diamond Harbour Road. We are directly opposite Calcutta Hospital, which is a major landmark that everyone knows. Being in a building like Ideal Towers is convenient, though we mostly stay tucked away in our own space. It is a bit different from a standalone shop on the street. We handle a lot of different food needs from this spot. The atmosphere is usually focused and a bit quiet until the lunch rush or a big order comes in. We don't have a lot of flashy signs or advertisements. Most people find us because they are in the building or visiting the hospital across the road. Our setup is practical and designed for getting work done rather than looking pretty. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while, so we all know our roles. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which can be frustrating when we are in a hurry. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our daily list of tasks. There is no big mission statement here. We just wake up, come to the shop, and do the work that needs to be done for the day. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way.
