Deep Caterer

We are based at 172 B, right at the Behala Chourasta junction on James Long Sarani. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest intersections around here. We are near Somer Rai Chowdhury Park in Barisha, so there’s always a bit of green nearby despite all the traffic. Our catering business has been running from this spot for quite some time. The kitchen is always humming with activity, especially on the weekends when people are hosting their parties and get-togethers. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with the early morning market run. It’s a lot of work to coordinate the cooking and the delivery, especially with the traffic at the Chourasta being what it is. We spend most of our time in the back, making sure the rice is steamed and the curries are seasoned properly. We don’t have a big polished storefront. It’s more of a functional space where we can get the work done without distractions. Our staff is mostly local people who have lived in Behala for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to keep doing what we do for the local families. It’s a busy, messy, and sometimes exhausting job, but we’ve gotten pretty used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just keep our focus on the food and the people we serve in our community.
