The streets are a bit tight and the buildings have that old character. We’ve been here for quite some time. It is not a modern office park with elevators. You just walk in from the street. I like the vibe of this area. There is always a tea stall nearby and people talking. I handle the business stuff from a small room here. It’s mostly just me. I don’t use big words to describe what I do. It’s just work. I get up, have my tea, and start looking at what needs to be finished. D.L. Roy Street has its own charm. Sometimes the noise from the traffic is a bit much, but it’s part of the city. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. I think being real is better. People who come here know what to expect. It’s a plain, functional space. I try to keep the files in order, but things get messy when we are busy. That is just how it is when you are actually working. Kolkata 700006 is a place with a lot of heart, and I’m glad to be part of it. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, trying to get the little things right.
