Dayamoy Decorator & Apyayan Caterer

We are located at shop number forty-one in the C K Market. If you know Salt Lake, you know how Karunamoyee gets during the festival seasons. It’s always busy around here. We handle two things mostly, the decorating side and the catering. Our shop in Sector 2 is usually packed with stuff like folded chairs, rolls of fabric, and big cooking pots. It looks a bit messy to some people, but we know where everything is. Most days start early for us, especially when there’s a big event in the neighborhood. We have to load up the truck and make sure we didn't forget the serving spoons or the tablecloths. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy things and standing over hot stoves for hours. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now, so we’ve gotten used to the long hours. Sometimes we are working late into the night to finish setting up a stage or a tent. The market can be noisy, but we like the energy of the place. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a local team trying to do the job right. People usually just walk into the shop to talk about what they need for their parties. We don't have a fancy office, just the shop floor where we keep our supplies. It works for us and the people who live nearby, and we just keep at it day after day without too much fuss.
