Cri Pumps Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located in Jindal Towers on Darga Road. We are on the fourth floor, room 403 in the B Block. It’s a big building, so sometimes the elevators take a minute, but the view from the window is okay. Cri Pumps Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a bit, and we handle a lot of the regional distribution and support for the pump systems. We deal with all sorts of pumps for houses and bigger buildings too. It’s a lot of technical specs and making sure the right parts get to the right people. The office is usually full of catalogs and spare parts samples. We’re a small team up here, mostly just handling the administrative side and talking to dealers. It can get a bit hectic when it’s irrigation season and everyone needs their equipment fixed at once. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff going on. We just try to answer the phones and get people the help they need without making it complicated. Most of us have been working with these machines for years, so we’ve seen just about every problem you can imagine. We aren't trying to sell you something you don't need; we just want the water moving where it’s supposed to go. Darga Road is a busy area, but once you’re up on the fourth floor, it’s a lot quieter and we can actually hear ourselves think.
