Control Engineering Company

Our place is in the village of Dafarpur, specifically in the Monosatala area within Domjur, Howrah. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we’ve been here for a long time. We call ourselves Control Engineering Company. It sounds like a big name, but it’s really just a few of us working out of this spot. We handle engineering projects for the local industries around Howrah. There are a lot of small factories and workshops in this district, and they often need help with their control systems. Our setup is quite basic. We have a small office and a bit of space to store parts and equipment. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk is cluttered with old manuals and blueprints. But it’s where we do our thinking and planning. We don't really do any advertising. People in Domjur know where we are if they need us. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or calling us up. We take things one day at a time. Some weeks we have more work than we can handle, and other weeks it’s just maintenance. We like being in the village. It’s quieter than the city and we know our neighbors. It’s just a regular, honest business trying to get the job done for the people who hire us. We keep things moving and don't make a fuss about the small stuff.
