We are based at 109 A Hem Chandra Naskar Road, right in the Beliaghata area of Kolkata. It’s a busy street, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our records and do our daily work. It is not a shiny glass tower or a modern office park. It’s just a practical space in an old part of the city. We have a lot of history in this building, and while it might be a bit cramped, it feels right to us. You can hear the trams and the traffic outside most of the day. We don't have any fancy titles or a complicated management structure. We just work together and talk like normal people. There’s usually a stack of files that needs sorting and a fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on high. We don't mind the imperfections because they make the place feel real. Beliaghata is a great spot because it’s well-connected, even if the roads get flooded during the heavy rains. We just put on our boots and keep going. We are not interested in using marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a small group of workers on Hem Chandra Naskar Road, doing our best to get the job done every single day.
