If you head over to the Parnasree Market, you'll find us at P 161, Upen Banerjee Road. We’ve been a part of Parnasri Palli for some time now. It’s a straightforward restaurant where we focus on the food more than the decor or fancy lighting. The tables are simple, and the kitchen is right there where you can often hear the pans clicking and the chefs talking. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when people are done with work and looking for a hot meal. We aren't trying to be a high-end place with white tablecloths and candles. It’s more of a local spot where you can just sit down and eat without any fuss. The menu is what it is, mostly things we’ve been making for years and know people like. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when the delivery orders pile up on the counter, but we try our best to keep things moving. The market area is always lively, so there’s always noise coming from the street outside. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have been working together for a long time now. It feels more like a home kitchen sometimes, just a lot bigger and busier. We don't do much in terms of decoration; we just keep the place clean and the stoves hot. It's just a local spot for people in the neighborhood to get a decent bite to eat.
