If you go to Sanmarg Bhawan at No. 160 B C. R. Avenue, you’ll find us on the 2nd floor. It’s an old building with those high ceilings that you see a lot in this part of town. Chique Fashion India has a decent amount of space, but we still manage to fill it up with fabric and samples pretty quickly. C. R. Avenue is a major road, so getting here is easy, but the traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons. We spend our days mostly at our desks or walking around the work area. It’s not a glamorous life. We deal with a lot of paperwork and we are always checking on the progress of different items. The floors are a bit scuffed and the windows are usually dusty because of all the traffic outside. We don't really care about having a perfect office. We just need a place where we can work and keep our things safe. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It’s a very plain, everyday sort of environment. We don't use big words or pretend to be more than a local business. We just show up every morning, unlock the doors, and get to work on whatever is on the schedule for that day. It’s a practical place for practical people who just want to do their jobs.
