Central Polyclinic

You can find our polyclinic right in the middle of Sonarpur Bazaar, specifically near the New Kamala Pharmacy. It is a very lively part of the neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our doors. We share a lot of the same foot traffic as the pharmacy. The clinic itself is a simple place where a few different doctors come to see their patients. It’s not a corporate medical center with a big lobby and soft music. It’s more of a community spot. We have a small waiting area with some chairs that usually fill up pretty quickly, especially on the days when the popular specialists are in. The walls are plain, and the floor is just standard tile. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; it’s just us handling the appointments and the files. People like coming here because it’s convenient to do their marketing at the bazaar and then stop by for a check-up. After the doctor sees them, they can just walk a few steps to the pharmacy to get their medicine. It’s a very practical arrangement for everyone involved. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It can be a bit noisy with the market sounds coming in, but it’s a friendly, local atmosphere that feels right for our part of town.
