Calcutta Event Management

Setting up for a party can be a real headache if you try to do it all by yourself. We are over here in Baranagar, specifically at Lake View Park near ISI. It’s a nice enough area and we have been working out of this F/8 address for a good bit of time. We aren’t a big corporate firm with people in suits. We are just a few guys who know how to get chairs, tents, and lights in the right place at the right time. Most of the time, we are busy on the phone or out at a site checking if the stage is sturdy. It gets dusty and tiring, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but we keep at it. If you walk past our place, you might see us loading up trucks or untangling wires. We handle everything from small birthdays to bigger community gatherings. We don't promise anything magical, we just promise that the stuff will show up and the event will happen. There are a lot of details that people forget, like enough trash cans or where the extra fans should go. We've seen it all happen before, so we just step in and do the work. It’s a practical job and we take it one day at a time. Being near ISI means we get a lot of different people asking for help, which keeps things interesting for us.
