Body N Mind Cafe

Body N Mind Cafe is tucked away in Salt Lake City, Sector 1, over at CF 391. We are pretty close to the swimming pool, so we get a lot of people passing by after their laps. It’s not a huge place, just a nice little corner where we serve up what we have. The atmosphere is pretty quiet compared to the busier parts of the city. We’ve got a few tables and chairs that don't all quite match, but they are comfortable enough for a quick sit-down. The kitchen isn't massive, so things might take a minute when we are busy. We don't have a team of chefs in tall hats, just a couple of us making things the way we know how. The menu is simple and we don't try to follow all the latest food trends. It’s just a spot for a snack or a drink while you’re out in Sector 1. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come in, or folks just looking for a break from the sun. We keep the place clean, but it feels like someone’s living room more than a corporate cafe. The light comes in through the front window in the afternoon and it’s a decent place to just be for a bit. We don't do much advertising; people mostly just find us because they live or work nearby. It’s been our little spot for quite some time now.
