Bijoli Grill Restaurant

Bijoli Grill Restaurant is located at 38 S P Mukherjee Road. This is a very old and busy part of the city. We have been in this spot for a long time. The restaurant is not one of those modern, minimalist places. It has a more traditional feel with heavy tables and chairs that have been around for years. S P Mukherjee Road is always crowded with people and cars, so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. Inside, it is usually a bit cooler and smells like the food we have been cooking since the morning. Our kitchen staff has been with us for a long time, so everyone knows their job. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy slogans. People come to us because they know where we are and what we do. The walls have some old photos on them, and the floor is a bit worn from all the people walking on it. Sometimes, when it is really busy on a Sunday, the noise of the crowd and the kitchen can be quite a lot. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their food. It is a lot of hard work, standing on your feet all day and dealing with the heat from the stoves. We are just a regular restaurant on a busy Kolkata street.
