We operate out of 6C on the ground floor of Beltala Road. It’s a pretty well-known street in the city, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move our supplies in and out. The name "Bhojon" is as basic as it gets, just meaning "meal" or "eating," and that reflects our approach to the business. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are something we are not. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd. The space isn't huge, but we have everything we need to get the job done. Every day starts with a trip to the local market to see what’s fresh. We don't have a frozen supply chain; we just buy what we need for the day's orders. This keeps things manageable for us. Sometimes the kitchen feels a bit small when we have a big event to prepare for, but we’ve learned how to work around each other over the years. We do a lot of catering for local offices and families in the Bhawanipur and Beltala area. It’s a lot of manual work, from peeling potatoes to cleaning the big handis after a long day. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just rely on people tasting the food and telling their friends. That has worked for us so far.
