Bengal Caterers

Our place is at 171/2C Rashbehari Avenue. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with the shops and the people. We have been working out of this location for a long time. It is a bit of a tight space sometimes, but we manage to get everything prepared. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with mission statements or fancy brochures. Mostly, it’s just us talking to people who walk in or call us up because they have an event coming up. Being on Rashbehari Avenue means we are right in the middle of things, which is good for deliveries but tough for parking. We do a lot of traditional stuff, the kind of food people in this part of the city expect at a gathering. The kitchen team has been together for a bit, so they know the routine well. It’s not a perfect setup, and sometimes we have to scramble when an order changes at the last minute, but we always find a way to make it work. We just focus on the cooking part of the business. The stoves stay lit most of the day, and there is always something being chopped or stirred. It’s a practical way of living, and we are happy to be part of the local community here. We just do our work and go home.
