Bedwin Dawaat Restaurant & Caterers

We are located at P9 on Dum Dum Road. It is a busy place, especially with the traffic always passing by outside. Most days, we are busy in the kitchen either preparing things for the restaurant or getting boxes ready for a party somewhere nearby. It isn't always quiet here, and the staff is usually running around to make sure the orders are right. We’ve been here for quite some time now, so people in the neighborhood know where to find us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us cooking the food and trying to get it to the tables on time. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit messy when there's a big event, but that is just part of the job. We do both the catering for weddings and small get-togethers, and the restaurant side keeps us on our feet during the lunch and dinner rush. You might see us unloading crates of vegetables early in the morning. It’s a lot of work, but this is what we do. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the menu too much. People just want decent food and that is what we try to give them. It’s a local business, through and through. Nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on the pots and pans and making sure the spices are balanced for the day's batch.
