Microsec Health Buddy Ltd. is situated on the second floor of Azimganj House. The building is located at 7 Camac Street in Kolkata, which is a very well-known area for offices and businesses. If you know West Bengal, you know how busy Camac Street can get during the rush hour. The traffic outside is always crawling, and the sounds of horns are constant. Our office is a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. Inside, it is just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We handle various health-related services and administrative tasks from this office. It is not a clinical space where you see patients, but more of a back-end operation. The rooms are filled with the sound of typing and people talking on the phones. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and take our tea breaks. The windows look out over the street, but there is so much dust we do not open them much. Working in the heart of Kolkata means we are close to everything, but it also means dealing with the heat and the crowds every single day. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a typical city office environment. There are no fancy lounges or anything like that here, just a place where we sit and work.
