Aunnatya Agro Food Industries Limited

Our office is right in the middle of the city at 4 Debendra Lal Khan Road, specifically in the Emerald Iles building, Unit-B-401. It’s a bit different being in a Kolkata office while dealing with agro food industries, but that is where we ended up. Aunnatya is a limited company, so there is always some kind of paperwork or legal thing to look at, which can be a bit boring compared to being outdoors. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between the food processors and the suppliers. The building is nice, but we are usually too busy to notice. We deal with the industrial side of things, making sure the food gets where it needs to go after it leaves the farm. Sometimes the city traffic makes it hard for people to visit us, but we get by. We don't have a big team of corporate types; it’s just a few of us trying to keep the business moving. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the quality of the food stays okay during the whole process. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We show up, answer the emails, talk to the suppliers, and go home. Every day has its own set of problems, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, but we just deal with it as it comes.
