Asparagus Event Group

Asparagus Event Group is located at 53 Arabinda Sarani. We are quite close to the Dum Dum Airport area in Kolkata, so we hear the planes going over pretty often. It’s a busy part of town to have an office. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Kolkata is the kind of city where you really have to know your way around the backstreets and the local markets to get anything done properly. Our office is just a place where we keep our gear and meet up to plan out the week. It’s not fancy. We have some old desks and a lot of paper everywhere. Most of the time, we are out at different sites anyway. Working in the event industry here means you have to be ready for the weather to change at any moment. Rain can really mess up a plan, so we are always checking the clouds. We know the local vendors around Arabinda Sarani pretty well. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to come out this way near the airport, but we like it here. It feels like we are right in the thick of things. We just try to stay busy and keep our heads down. There's no big secret to how we work; we just show up and do what’s needed for each project.
