Architects Anubha Fatehpuria & Richa Bose

We are the office of Architects Anubha Fatehpuria & Richa Bose. Our workspace is located at No. 17/1/1B Dover Terrace in the Dover Terrace neighborhood. It is a relatively quiet part of the city, which is good for the kind of thinking and drawing we have to do. The office itself is not some high-end studio you might see in a magazine. It is a working space filled with rolls of paper, architectural models, and various samples of materials like wood and stone. We spend a lot of time sitting at our drafting tables or hunched over computers working on designs. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to sketching out floor plans. We do not go in for fancy mission statements or corporate branding. We just focus on the projects that come our way and try to find practical solutions for them. Dover Terrace is a nice place to work because it feels like a real neighborhood. We often have people dropping by to discuss their ideas, and the conversations are usually quite informal. We like to keep things simple and honest. We do not use a lot of marketing language. It is just about the buildings and the spaces we are trying to create. Each day is a mix of creative work and the usual boring paperwork that comes with running an office. We stay busy with the everyday reality of being architects.
