We’ve been at No. 8/2c Hazra Road for a while now. Most people around here know where the building is. It's a busy spot but we manage okay. Dealing with herbs and all that across both India and Singapore keeps the team pretty busy most days of the week. We handle a lot of paperwork and shipping to make sure things get where they need to go. It isn't always easy keeping track of everything between the two locations, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with international stuff. The office here is usually full of boxes or people sorting through different orders. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded, especially when a new shipment arrives from the other side. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. People stop by sometimes to ask questions about what we have in stock. If you're walking down Hazra Road, you'll see us there. It's nothing fancy, just a regular place where we do our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, checking on things. It’s a lot of back and forth between the local side and the Singapore office. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It's more of a workspace where everyone has their own corner to handle their part of the business. We've been doing this long enough that the routine is pretty set now.
