Acme Industrial Products

Acme Industrial Products is up on the second floor of 100 Sri Aurobindo Road. We are situated right above the Allahabad Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. You have to walk up the stairs, and the building is an older one, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and paper. We’ve been operating from this floor for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic down on Sri Aurobindo Road. It’s a busy street, and sometimes the noise of the horns makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but that’s just life in this part of town. Our office and storage area are filled with various industrial supplies. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases; it’s more about shelves and boxes and getting orders ready. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the right products are going to the right people. It can be a bit of a climb up to the second floor, especially when we’re moving stock, but we don’t mind the exercise. We’ve known the bank staff downstairs for years, and it feels like a little community in this building. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate look. We just want to supply the industrial items people need and keep our business running quietly. It’s a steady rhythm of work that we’ve grown to appreciate over the decades we’ve been here.
